That's why I created The Travel Edit.
I believe great photography is only part of the equation. The most successful brands don't just show what they offer. They create an experience people can imagine themselves being part of. Through photography, video, visual storytelling, and strategic marketing, I help hospitality brands, vacation rentals, businesses, and individuals build trust, stand out, and inspire action.
Whether I'm capturing a breathtaking destination, photographing a vacation rental, creating content for a business, or documenting life's meaningful moments, my goal is always the same: to tell authentic stories that connect people with places, experiences, and each other.
Because at the end of the day, people rarely remember a list of amenities or a perfectly staged room. They remember how something made them feel.

The Heart Behind The Travel Edit
Hi, I'm Caitlin.
The moment I discovered that travel could be more than an occasional vacation, it completely changed my perspective. I fell in love with the freedom of exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and realizing how much travel has the power to inspire, challenge, and transform us. That passion became the foundation of The Travel Edit.
As my love for travel grew, so did my curiosity. I wanted to understand not only how to capture incredible places through photography, but also what makes people want to visit them in the first place. That journey led me to teach myself photography in manual mode, learn video production, dive into hospitality and vacation rental marketing, and spend countless hours researching travel trends, destination marketing, and the psychology behind why people choose one place over another.
Today, The Travel Edit is more than a photography business. It's a place where travel, visual storytelling, and marketing come together. Whether I'm photographing a vacation rental, creating content for a local business, capturing portraits, or sharing travel inspiration, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful content that builds connection, inspires adventure, and helps people and businesses tell stories worth remembering.
